Narrative:
Outbound on 4TH flight of day, received a change of routing by customer, and this change of our offshore flight added 2 hours 33 mins to our flight. This caused an overflt of the tail rotor retraining nut re-torque by 1 hour 23 mins. Without this change of routing, this re-torque would have been done before the next flight within the prescribed time.
