Narrative:

Following takeoff where I was the PF, the captain noticed a 'land as soon as possible' on the upper ECAM. He pressed the recall button and the ECAM for the avionics smoke was displayed. I then put it on the autoplt and the captain notified ATC. He then took the airplane and communication and I ran the ECAM. ATC gave him a quick downwind as I proceeded through the lengthy ECAM. After a couple of mins the flight attendants called to report that they smelled an odor in the back. The captain continued to fly the airplane and configure for landing. I proceeded through the ECAM until short final where I began to get myself back into assisting the captain in preparing the airplane for landing. The landing and rollout was uneventful with a smooth touchdown.
