Narrative:

Annual inspected in july. Aircraft sold in november. After customer picked up the aircraft, his own shop inspected the aircraft and found what they believe was a bent motor mount, mounts on engine that were bad, step bracket was broken or damaged. Aircraft sat in storage for 4 yrs and was returned to storage after the annual. The aircraft was not flown much before the customer bought it. After his flight home of 6 hours, this is when they found their list of many problems -- leaking gaskets, seals, etc. I believe the time the aircraft was stored allowed the seals and gaskets to dry and deteriorate, so after it was flown, the problems showed up.
