Narrative:

Captain may have made a left hand pattern to a right hand pattern runway. We briefed for the right hand, but we were vectored so as to be in a position for left hand. When we contacted tower they said to 'continue' 'cleared to land.' I am not sure if we used correct procedure and nothing was said or no one directed us differently. Captain also encroached on final to parallel runway and we came very close to another smaller act. After landing captain did not stop after exiting runway. He crossed a parallel taxiway en route the ramp area. It was just a few hundred ft away after exit from runway with no traffic in sight or conflicting. Ground controller did verbally reprimand us for this error. I did ask captain to stop but he ignored my request.
