Narrative:

I received aircraft X and was assigned the service check. It has been brought to my attention that the oxygen read zero when it arrived at the gate. When accomplishing service check, I checked oxygen and oxygen level was within limits when I checked it. Suspect improper installation of cannon plug upon prior servicing of oxygen bottle.

Title: A B737-900 ARRIVED ON GATE WITH CREW OXYGEN INDICATING ZERO. FOUND OXYGEN LEVEL WITHIN LIMITS. SUSPECT INSTALLATION OF CONNECTOR ON BOTTLE PRESSURE XMITTER.

Narrative: I RECEIVED ACFT X AND WAS ASSIGNED THE SVC CHK. IT HAS BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTN THAT THE OXYGEN READ ZERO WHEN IT ARRIVED AT THE GATE. WHEN ACCOMPLISHING SVC CHK, I CHKED OXYGEN AND OXYGEN LEVEL WAS WITHIN LIMITS WHEN I CHKED IT. SUSPECT IMPROPER INSTALLATION OF CANNON PLUG UPON PRIOR SVCING OF OXYGEN BOTTLE.
