Narrative:

Air carrier Y was climbed to FL270, showed FL232, climbing. I climbed aircraft X to FL230 and issued traffic. I then amended aircraft X's altitude to FL220 because air carrier Y's temporary altitude showed FL230. Aircraft X read back FL230 and I did not catch it. Air carrier X was descended back into my airspace from high altitude. Supplemental information from acn 636583: the A320 was at FL232 descending back to FL230 and received an RA on a C550 climbing to FL230 below him. Supplemental information from acn 636584: air carrier Y stopped at FL230 for traffic. Low altitude sector climbed C525 aircraft to FL230 then realized air carrier Y was not climbing and stopped C525 at FL220. C525 read back climb to FL230.

Title: WHILE CLBING AN A320 TO FL270 AND OBSERVING THE FLT LEAVING FL232, A ZLA ARTCC RADAR CTLR CLRED A CLBING C525 TO FL230. NOTING THE A320 STOPPING CLB, THE CTLR RECLRED THE C525 5O FL220, BUT MISSED AN INCORRECT READBACK TO MAINTAIN FL230.

Narrative: ACR Y WAS CLBED TO FL270, SHOWED FL232, CLBING. I CLBED ACFT X TO FL230 AND ISSUED TFC. I THEN AMENDED ACFT X'S ALT TO FL220 BECAUSE ACR Y'S TEMPORARY ALT SHOWED FL230. ACFT X READ BACK FL230 AND I DID NOT CATCH IT. ACR X WAS DSNDED BACK INTO MY AIRSPACE FROM HIGH ALT. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 636583: THE A320 WAS AT FL232 DSNDING BACK TO FL230 AND RECEIVED AN RA ON A C550 CLBING TO FL230 BELOW HIM. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 636584: ACR Y STOPPED AT FL230 FOR TFC. LOW ALT SECTOR CLBED C525 ACFT TO FL230 THEN REALIZED ACR Y WAS NOT CLBING AND STOPPED C525 AT FL220. C525 READ BACK CLB TO FL230.
