Narrative:

While en route from ZZZ to ZZZ1 during climb, we leveled off at 17000 ft. The first officer reduced thrust and informed me of the left thrust lever jammed. Called dispatch and maintenance and referred to the QRH. Diverted to ZZZ2 (the closest most suitable airport). Performed all QRH that applied. Informed the flight attendant and passenger. Declared an emergency and crash fire rescue equipment. Flight attendant and passenger were informed of situation and were told everything would be uneventful. Landing was uneventful and met by crash fire rescue equipment which was called off. Taxied to gate and deplaned. Met by maintenance and found problem and repaired. Repos ferry flight was completed to ZZZ1.
