Narrative:

I tried contacting ground using 120.8 instead of 121.8. After getting no reply, I figured tower was closed, so I tuned to 121.9 instead of 120.9 and gave position reports, to which came no reply. I just thought that there was no traffic. I soon started taxiing to runway 30L, without any kind of clearance. Figuring no traffic was around, my taxi scan broke down and I didn't see the aircraft taxiing on runway 4/22, which I almost hit. I immediately stopped and after he taxied through, I continued. I turned onto taxiway D where I realized I was on the wrong frequency. I then talked to the tower, stopped there, then continued my flight. The problem is that I didn't have a sheet with me with the frequencys and I screwed up.

Narrative: I TRIED CONTACTING GND USING 120.8 INSTEAD OF 121.8. AFTER GETTING NO REPLY, I FIGURED TWR WAS CLOSED, SO I TUNED TO 121.9 INSTEAD OF 120.9 AND GAVE POS RPTS, TO WHICH CAME NO REPLY. I JUST THOUGHT THAT THERE WAS NO TFC. I SOON STARTED TAXIING TO RWY 30L, WITHOUT ANY KIND OF CLRNC. FIGURING NO TFC WAS AROUND, MY TAXI SCAN BROKE DOWN AND I DIDN'T SEE THE ACFT TAXIING ON RWY 4/22, WHICH I ALMOST HIT. I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED AND AFTER HE TAXIED THROUGH, I CONTINUED. I TURNED ONTO TXWY D WHERE I REALIZED I WAS ON THE WRONG FREQ. I THEN TALKED TO THE TWR, STOPPED THERE, THEN CONTINUED MY FLT. THE PROB IS THAT I DIDN'T HAVE A SHEET WITH ME WITH THE FREQS AND I SCREWED UP.
