Narrative:

After landing, maintenance notified us one of the right main gear doors was missing and separated from the aircraft. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the landing gear was extended below the speed limits for extension. The landing gear door recently had a service bulletin accomplished where 4 bolts were replaced and maintenance said one bolt had failed. This entire door except for the hinges and fasteners is a composite structure.

Title: A B767-300 FLT CREW WAS ADVISED BY MAINT THE RIGHT MAIN LNDG GEAR DOOR WAS MISSING.

Narrative: AFTER LNDG, MAINT NOTIFIED US ONE OF THE RIGHT MAIN GEAR DOORS WAS MISSING AND SEPARATED FROM THE ACFT. CALLBACK CONVERSATION WITH RPTR REVEALED THE FOLLOWING INFO: THE RPTR STATED THE LNDG GEAR WAS EXTENDED BELOW THE SPEED LIMITS FOR EXTENSION. THE LNDG GEAR DOOR RECENTLY HAD A SERVICE BULLETIN ACCOMPLISHED WHERE 4 BOLTS WERE REPLACED AND MAINT SAID ONE BOLT HAD FAILED. THIS ENTIRE DOOR EXCEPT FOR THE HINGES AND FASTENERS IS A COMPOSITE STRUCTURE.
