Narrative:
I accomplished 0011 (APU fault test job card) and interrogated the APU electronic control unit per steps 12A, B, C, and D. No fault codes found. Not applicable signoff box per 12E. Was informed last night that the signoff may not have been accomplished correctly. Step 12F was not applicable. No facsimile sent because no faults found on step 12A, B, C, D and east. Insufficient boxes on paperwork for proper signoff.

WAS INFORMED LAST NIGHT THAT THE SIGNOFF MAY NOT HAVE BEEN ACCOMPLISHED CORRECTLY. STEP 12F WAS NOT APPLICABLE. NO FAX SENT BECAUSE NO FAULTS FOUND ON STEP 12A, B, C, D AND E.
