Narrative:

While at cruise altitude of 33000 ft, flight crew experienced a #1 pack trip (on a 2-PACK aircraft). Crew elected to descend to 21000 ft, jettison approximately 62000 pounds of fuel, all with ATC approval and divert to nearby tokyo's narita airport. This aircraft had recently undergone numerous maintenance performed on pressurization and air conditioning system. Recommend special maintenance on this aircraft's pack system, with follow up checks.
