Narrative:
Being assigned work as an aircraft electronic technician, working alone with no training, when I asked my lead for assistance, he told me to call company controller. I brought this up to my supervisor and he said 'you told me you're an right&east,' which I never said. I just passed the company test during layoff period to keep my job. I was out working on the aircraft with no training or assistance at all.

Narrative: BEING ASSIGNED WORK AS AN ACFT ELECTRONIC TECHNICIAN, WORKING ALONE WITH NO TRAINING, WHEN I ASKED MY LEAD FOR ASSISTANCE, HE TOLD ME TO CALL COMPANY CTLR. I BROUGHT THIS UP TO MY SUPVR AND HE SAID 'YOU TOLD ME YOU'RE AN R&E,' WHICH I NEVER SAID. I JUST PASSED THE COMPANY TEST DURING LAYOFF PERIOD TO KEEP MY JOB. I WAS OUT WORKING ON THE ACFT WITH NO TRAINING OR ASSISTANCE AT ALL.
