Narrative:
Noted r-hand nose gear landing light inoperative. Went to remove and replace r-hand lamp noted wires installed improperly at base. Talk to line avionics. We talked and MEL r-hand nose taxi light. Reference MEL 33-7C. Log page xxxxx on date oct/wed/04. I pulled and collared r-hand circuit breaker for nose taxi light. On oct/sat/04, I was reviewing MEL 33-7C for air carrier X on the computer. Noted MEL 33-7C was cleared, but no action was taken on improperly installed wires. The aircraft came back to ZZZ less than 20 mins when this condition was realized. When air carrier X came to gate, removed r-hand nose taxi light and noted r-hand nose taxi light wires still installed improperly at base. Talked to line supervisor and maintenance. Placed r-hand nose taxi light back on MEL 33-7C. Noted wire terminals damaged. Reinstalled nose light. Pulled and collared circuit breaker for r-hand nose taxi light.
