Narrative:
The left generator was on a placard. MEL 24-1 required the respective idg to be disconnected. We noticed in-flight that it was not. We made the appropriate write-up in the maintenance logbook.

Title: A B757-200 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH THE L GENERATOR DEFERRED AS INOP PER THE MEL. SPECIAL PROC TO DISCONNECT THE INTEGRATED DRIVE GENERATOR NOT ACCOMPLISHED.
Narrative: THE L GENERATOR WAS ON A PLACARD. MEL 24-1 REQUIRED THE RESPECTIVE IDG TO BE DISCONNECTED. WE NOTICED INFLT THAT IT WAS NOT. WE MADE THE APPROPRIATE WRITE-UP IN THE MAINT LOGBOOK.
