Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated in our conversation that the swift can have one of the 2 gear down and it will have a safe indication. He is going to add switches to require 2 down and locked to get a locked indication. Other than a damaged inspection door and the propeller, the aircraft is repairable.
