Narrative:

Wind northeast at 10 mph. Entered downwind at 55 KTS to land parallel to runway 32. Encountered windshear thus causing glider to lose altitude faster than normal. Realizing this I shortened the downwind and turned on to base again losing altitude. Turned final and then I knew reaching the intended landing spot was not going to happen. Glider landed short, hitting a wingtip on a parked vehicle causing a ground loop. No injury to me or any other person.
