Narrative:

Working moderate level traffic with several inbounds. Descended one arrival to go under a memphis departure. When it looked like we would need turns to help separation, I turned the arrival to go north of the departure. The arrival descended through the airspace of another aircraft wbound at FL220, which I was not aware of until the conflict alert activated. I had the aircraft expedite his descent to miss the level aircraft. Supplemental information from acn 632662: aircraft #1 was descending into memphis. Aircraft #2 was level at FL220 also landing mem. Aircraft #1 was turned to miss departing aircraft from mem, the aircraft was turned into aircraft #2.
