Narrative:

While taxiing for takeoff to runway 8R via txwys Y, N5, M, we inadvertently taxied 10 ft passed the runway boundary marking for runway 8R. The misalignment was recognized immediately and corrected. Factors contributing to this event were initiation of the before takeoff checklist while halfway through the turn from taxiway N5 to taxiway M, low setting sun while taxiing west and construction on taxiway north between N4 and jj (normal taxi route). An uneventful takeoff was accomplished. Supplemental information from acn 630596: takeoff roll, runway 8R, at 100 KTS a B737 was approaching a midfield hold short line. At 120 KTS it appeared that the B737 may not stop at the hold short line. At rotation, 145 KTS, and liftoff, 150 KTS, we passed the B737 and it appeared that the B737 may have passed the line and was turning away from the runway. The takeoff was otherwise normal. We did not have to alter the takeoff roll or the flight path.

Title: DURING TKOF ROLL AN A300 CREW DETECTED A B737 APCHING, 'ENCROACHING' AND EXITING THEIR DEP RWY. B737 EXITED BEFORE THE A300 HAD TO TAKE EVASIVE ACTION.

Narrative: WHILE TAXIING FOR TKOF TO RWY 8R VIA TXWYS Y, N5, M, WE INADVERTENTLY TAXIED 10 FT PASSED THE RWY BOUNDARY MARKING FOR RWY 8R. THE MISALIGNMENT WAS RECOGNIZED IMMEDIATELY AND CORRECTED. FACTORS CONTRIBUTING TO THIS EVENT WERE INITIATION OF THE BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST WHILE HALFWAY THROUGH THE TURN FROM TXWY N5 TO TXWY M, LOW SETTING SUN WHILE TAXIING W AND CONSTRUCTION ON TXWY N BTWN N4 AND JJ (NORMAL TAXI RTE). AN UNEVENTFUL TKOF WAS ACCOMPLISHED. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 630596: TKOF ROLL, RWY 8R, AT 100 KTS A B737 WAS APCHING A MIDFIELD HOLD SHORT LINE. AT 120 KTS IT APPEARED THAT THE B737 MAY NOT STOP AT THE HOLD SHORT LINE. AT ROTATION, 145 KTS, AND LIFTOFF, 150 KTS, WE PASSED THE B737 AND IT APPEARED THAT THE B737 MAY HAVE PASSED THE LINE AND WAS TURNING AWAY FROM THE RWY. THE TKOF WAS OTHERWISE NORMAL. WE DID NOT HAVE TO ALTER THE TKOF ROLL OR THE FLT PATH.
