Narrative:

During takeoff from fredericton, nb canada (cyfc) our charts slid to the back of the aircraft due to a cool outside temperature and a low takeoff weight. The initial climb slid our charts out of reach and, once we climbed out of the airport area, I got up and went back to get them. We were missing 1 waypoint in our flight plan on V-310 from yfc VOR to ysj VOR and asked for direct since we didn't have our charts within reach. The controller said no, due to restr airspace, and told us to fly the airway. When I went to get the charts from the back of the plane, the other pilot asked for a vector to remain clear and the controller gave us a heading that apparently was a min or two late as we entered restr airspace in the turn. From what I guessed, we only were in the space for a min at the most. I guess if I had the right chart out before takeoff, and had programmed the FMS, we could have avoided the situation completely. We were on a time line rush to get back to the states for customs and had to make this fuel stop to get the right fuel.

Title: A BE40 CAPT ADMITTED THAT HE DEPARTED CYFC WITHOUT HIS PLATES IN VIEW WHICH CAUSED HIM TO MAKE A HDG DEV AND PLACED HIM IN RESTR AIRSPACE.

Narrative: DURING TKOF FROM FREDERICTON, NB CANADA (CYFC) OUR CHARTS SLID TO THE BACK OF THE ACFT DUE TO A COOL OUTSIDE TEMP AND A LOW TKOF WT. THE INITIAL CLB SLID OUR CHARTS OUT OF REACH AND, ONCE WE CLBED OUT OF THE ARPT AREA, I GOT UP AND WENT BACK TO GET THEM. WE WERE MISSING 1 WAYPOINT IN OUR FLT PLAN ON V-310 FROM YFC VOR TO YSJ VOR AND ASKED FOR DIRECT SINCE WE DIDN'T HAVE OUR CHARTS WITHIN REACH. THE CTLR SAID NO, DUE TO RESTR AIRSPACE, AND TOLD US TO FLY THE AIRWAY. WHEN I WENT TO GET THE CHARTS FROM THE BACK OF THE PLANE, THE OTHER PLT ASKED FOR A VECTOR TO REMAIN CLR AND THE CTLR GAVE US A HDG THAT APPARENTLY WAS A MIN OR TWO LATE AS WE ENTERED RESTR AIRSPACE IN THE TURN. FROM WHAT I GUESSED, WE ONLY WERE IN THE SPACE FOR A MIN AT THE MOST. I GUESS IF I HAD THE RIGHT CHART OUT BEFORE TKOF, AND HAD PROGRAMMED THE FMS, WE COULD HAVE AVOIDED THE SIT COMPLETELY. WE WERE ON A TIME LINE RUSH TO GET BACK TO THE STATES FOR CUSTOMS AND HAD TO MAKE THIS FUEL STOP TO GET THE RIGHT FUEL.
