Narrative:

We were pushed back from gate at ZZZ and towed to the spot. Both engines were started. Ground personnel said the towbar was disconnected. The captain said to me that we have a release from guidance and told me to contact ground metering. I called ground metering and received clearance to taxi. I told the captain about our taxi clearance and he then proceeded to taxi. At that point there was a rough bumping sensation and the captain applied the brakes. We then were informed that we ran over the towbar. We were told that there was damage to the #1 nose gear tire and would be towed back to the gate.
