Narrative:
In foreman's delay report it was noted that the t-fitting was robbed. Actually the t-fitting was swapped between the 2 aircraft to make one svcable while the other was at the gate for a slat actuator. Our current manual does not cover this type of procedure. A write-up was entered into the aircraft log for a leaking t-fitting discrepancy cleared.

Title: A B737-200 WAS REPAIRED WITH A HYD T-FITTING SWAPPED FROM ANOTHER B737-200 OTS FOR REPAIR. PROCS MANUAL DOES NOT COVER THIS TRANSACTION.
Narrative: IN FOREMAN'S DELAY RPT IT WAS NOTED THAT THE T-FITTING WAS ROBBED. ACTUALLY THE T-FITTING WAS SWAPPED BTWN THE 2 ACFT TO MAKE ONE SVCABLE WHILE THE OTHER WAS AT THE GATE FOR A SLAT ACTUATOR. OUR CURRENT MANUAL DOES NOT COVER THIS TYPE OF PROC.
