Narrative:

After waiting for landing traffic at dtw, talking and listening on dtw CTAF frequency, I transmitted in the blind to traffic in pattern that I was taking runway 32 for VFR departure to the west. After a twin jet landed, I took the runway and again made a blind call. While taking runway, a twin propeller called 5 mi final for runway 32 dtw. Twin jet took longer than normal to clear runway. As I began takeoff roll, I made additional transmission that I was on takeoff roll. On liftoff, twin propeller passed to our right, 25 ft below and 100 ft horizontal. I contacted eglin departure and they confirmed a near miss.
