Narrative:

Upon landing, the captain had a problem getting the ground spoilers deployed. That caused him to be late getting the thrust reverses deployed and he was slow on maximum braking. The airplane overran the 5000 ft strip by a couple feet. One airport light was damaged and the aircraft right nose tire was damaged.

Title: A CL60 CAPT HAD DIFFICULTY DEPLOYING THE GND SPOILERS AND WAS LATE USING THE THRUST REVERSERS RESULTING IN THE ACFT RUNNING OFF THE END OF THE RWY BY A COUPLE OF FT.

Narrative: UPON LNDG, THE CAPT HAD A PROB GETTING THE GND SPOILERS DEPLOYED. THAT CAUSED HIM TO BE LATE GETTING THE THRUST REVERSES DEPLOYED AND HE WAS SLOW ON MAX BRAKING. THE AIRPLANE OVERRAN THE 5000 FT STRIP BY A COUPLE FEET. ONE ARPT LIGHT WAS DAMAGED AND THE ACFT R NOSE TIRE WAS DAMAGED.
