Title: AN MD80 L HORIZ STABILIZER INBOARD LEADING EDGE ROLLER BRACKET WAS MODIFIED WITH AN ENGINEERING CHANGE ORDER USED FOR ANOTHER AIRPLANE.
Narrative: INBOARD HORIZ STABILIZER LEADING EDGE CAME IN FOR REPAIR. WE CHANGED THE ROLLER RATCHET PER ESO X TO PART NUMBER X, WHICH CALLS OUT A COUNTER-SUNK SCREW THROUGH THE BOTTOMMOST SPOT ON THE BRACKET. THE BRACKET HAS BEEN ROUTED OUT AT 1
