Narrative:

Aircraft displayed tail heavy flight characteristics during takeoff and upon feathering propellers at the gate. At the gate we asked for a cargo 'bag' audit which showed an additional 60 pounds in cargo #1 and 420 pounds in cargo #2 over what was reported in cwa. This resulted in taking off over maximum takeoff weight by 15 pounds. The flight was uneventful and landing was made below maximum landing weight. We had no control over the improper cargo information. Factors: lack of communication between the 3-4 ramp agents in cwa. Pressure to get flight out on time as there was a crew change and very little time.
