Narrative:
Aircraft #1 departed runway 35 and was issued a turn direct mxe. Aircraft #2 departed runway 27L and was issued a turn to 310 degrees without coordination. As soon as aircraft #2 departed, he entered my airspace and came in conflict with aircraft #1.

Title: PHL LCL CTLR EXPERIENCED OPERROR WHEN ACFT ENTERED AIRSPACE WITHOUT COORD FROM ADJACENT LCL CTLR.
Narrative: ACFT #1 DEPARTED RWY 35 AND WAS ISSUED A TURN DIRECT MXE. ACFT #2 DEPARTED RWY 27L AND WAS ISSUED A TURN TO 310 DEGS WITHOUT COORD. AS SOON AS ACFT #2 DEPARTED, HE ENTERED MY AIRSPACE AND CAME IN CONFLICT WITH ACFT #1.
