Narrative:

90 DME north of gru, descending out of FL280, right engine failed. Restart was successful. Descending through 5000 ft, turning final, right engine failed again. Restart attempt was unsuccessful due to lack of fuel flow. With clearance to land, runway in sight and finishing the engine failure checklist, we did not declare an emergency. Gru station was notified of our difficulties.
