Narrative:

An engine #1, was replaced with what was thought to be serviceable engine on apr/thu/04. This engine came from repair station. All engine change paperwork was promptly completed out, was not entered into the gulfstream computer program until jul/wed/04. After a recent upload/download of data the engine showed as due for calendar/hourly rework. Review of paper, engine logs reveal that an extension was granted by the repair station following required rework, but was subject to approval from the 'local governing authority/authorized!' this request for extension was not submitted until jul/tue/04 to the FSDO.
