Narrative:

We were proceeding south between tay and ocf, direct ocf and were approaching a line of WX. We were at 9000 ft. I requested to deviate left to avoid the cells. The controller (ZJX) approved deviations as necessary. I continued to work my way left around cells and was about to clear the line when the controller cleared me to 7000 ft. I requested to remain at 9000 ft for another few mi till I cleared the line of WX. The controller responded that they would have to coordination that. No further transmission or instructions were received. Within approximately 10 mi, I cleared the WX and began my descent and turn back to the west to go direct ocf. I advised jax that I was descending to 7000 ft. Immediately, another controller came on the air and instructed me to turn to a heading of 250 degrees immediately. I informed him that I was in a turn at that time. He began shouting for me to turn immediately. I again told him that I was in a turn at that time. He then told me that I was getting into orlando's airspace and screamed again to turn 'now.' by this time I was already on a 250 degree heading and told him so. He then went into a tirade telling me that 'you guys can't just fly anywhere you want.' I did not argue with him on the air and let the issue drop. He later came back and sort of apologized by saying that they don't want to fly us into WX, but we have to do as we are told. He apparently did not understand that I was given 'deviation as necessary' as my last instruction as far as a heading is concerned. His 250 degree heading put us through some fairly rough turbulence and my passenger were uncomfortable. He later offered me a 230 degree heading to avoid some other WX. I was concerned about his attitude as well as his unconcern for my flight. It appeared that he did not understand the instructions given me by the previous controller.

Title: MISCOMMUNICATION BETWEEN TWO ENRTE CTLRS AND BE58 PLT CONCERNING WX DEV.

Narrative: WE WERE PROCEEDING S BTWN TAY AND OCF, DIRECT OCF AND WERE APCHING A LINE OF WX. WE WERE AT 9000 FT. I REQUESTED TO DEVIATE L TO AVOID THE CELLS. THE CTLR (ZJX) APPROVED DEVS AS NECESSARY. I CONTINUED TO WORK MY WAY L AROUND CELLS AND WAS ABOUT TO CLR THE LINE WHEN THE CTLR CLRED ME TO 7000 FT. I REQUESTED TO REMAIN AT 9000 FT FOR ANOTHER FEW MI TILL I CLRED THE LINE OF WX. THE CTLR RESPONDED THAT THEY WOULD HAVE TO COORD THAT. NO FURTHER XMISSION OR INSTRUCTIONS WERE RECEIVED. WITHIN APPROX 10 MI, I CLRED THE WX AND BEGAN MY DSCNT AND TURN BACK TO THE W TO GO DIRECT OCF. I ADVISED JAX THAT I WAS DSNDING TO 7000 FT. IMMEDIATELY, ANOTHER CTLR CAME ON THE AIR AND INSTRUCTED ME TO TURN TO A HDG OF 250 DEGS IMMEDIATELY. I INFORMED HIM THAT I WAS IN A TURN AT THAT TIME. HE BEGAN SHOUTING FOR ME TO TURN IMMEDIATELY. I AGAIN TOLD HIM THAT I WAS IN A TURN AT THAT TIME. HE THEN TOLD ME THAT I WAS GETTING INTO ORLANDO'S AIRSPACE AND SCREAMED AGAIN TO TURN 'NOW.' BY THIS TIME I WAS ALREADY ON A 250 DEG HDG AND TOLD HIM SO. HE APPARENTLY DID NOT UNDERSTAND THAT I WAS GIVEN 'DEV AS NECESSARY' AS MY LAST INSTRUCTION AS FAR AS A HDG IS CONCERNED. HIS 250 DEG HDG PUT US THROUGH SOME FAIRLY ROUGH TURB AND MY PAX WERE UNCOMFORTABLE. HE LATER OFFERED ME A 230 DEG HDG TO AVOID SOME OTHER WX. I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT HIS ATTITUDE AS WELL AS HIS UNCONCERN FOR MY FLT. IT APPEARED THAT HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN ME BY THE PREVIOUS CTLR.
