Narrative:
I believe I cleared my departure aircraft to FL260 as my data block indicated. For some unknown reason, I misspoke FL260 as FL280. The aircraft climbed to FL280 while deviating east for WX. The aircraft climbed through the altitude I believed I had assigned and was in conflict with descending traffic.
