Narrative:

Coming off IFR flight plan, landing fdk. Empty leg after dropping off passenger, approximately 12 hours on duty. Saw airport about 2 mi at 2500 ft AGL. Canceled IFR. Stormy day, was landing behind a passing storm. First officer was flying. He was high and fast the entire time. There were 3-4 aircraft in the pattern. We were making standard radio calls, and saying we were high. On final, flew over a PA-34, never saw him. Pilot approached us on the ground and described what happened. Said we cut him off. He was low and slow, we were high and fast. We were both making radio calls, just not paying attention to each other.
