Narrative:

On descent for landing into tiw (tacoma narrows), the PF descended at an indicated airspeed of 310 KIAS below 10000 ft MSL. I called out '10000 ft, 250 KTS' to the pilot. He ignored my callout. I told him speed 250 KTS, he continued to descend at high speed. At 9000 ft MSL, he slowed to 300 KTS. At 7000 ft he was indicating 285 KTS, then at 5000 ft he was indicating 270 KTS. The wind readout on the FMS indicated 1 KT out of the north. Operational consideration was not a factor. CRM does not exist in this operation. Over the past 1 1/2 months, this pilot has continually become more aggressive in his flying. I believe this is due to his job being on the line. When flying with this individual, he does as he pleases with no regard for FARS. He stated to me, 'those rules were written in the old days and don't apply because they have radar which provides separation!' I told him it has to do with 'see and be seen, bird strike protection and traffic separation, which has everything to do with safety of flight.' he had no reply. I am only able to say so much to this pilot, as too much complaining from me would result in my termination of employment which, unfortunately, I cannot afford. I have contacted the FAA and the aircraft owner.

HE STATED TO ME, 'THOSE RULES WERE WRITTEN IN THE OLD DAYS AND DON'T APPLY BECAUSE THEY HAVE RADAR WHICH PROVIDES SEPARATION!' I TOLD HIM IT HAS TO DO WITH 'SEE AND BE SEEN, BIRD STRIKE PROTECTION AND TFC SEPARATION, WHICH HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH SAFETY OF FLT.' HE HAD NO REPLY. I AM ONLY ABLE TO SAY SO MUCH TO THIS PLT, AS TOO MUCH COMPLAINING FROM ME WOULD RESULT IN MY TERMINATION OF EMPLOYMENT WHICH, UNFORTUNATELY, I CANNOT AFFORD. I HAVE CONTACTED THE FAA AND THE ACFT OWNER.
