Narrative:

We were cleared to runway 7R. We taxied out and mistakenly lined up with taxiway F. We crossed runway 7L which was closed. We were cleared into position and before we stopped we were cleared for takeoff and began to roll down the taxiway. The first officer did the before takeoff checklist. After pushing the power up I realized that we were on the taxiway. At approximately 60 KTS, the first officer had not set takeoff power, I immediately pulled the throttles back and called reject. The first officer told the flight attendant and passenger to remain seated. After we began the reject the tower questioned our position. The first officer replied that we were stopping. We rolled to a stop and did the rejected takeoff checklist. The autobrakes and spoilers did not deploy. We turned around to taxi back and performed a takeoff checklist and reviewed the SID. We were on a pairing that began this day. Our arrival in phx was at XA36 local time, about 2 hours and 30 mins late. We were on minimum crew rest, 9 hours and 45 mins. While on our crew rest at approximately XH45 local time there was a fire alarm at hotel, which lasted for approximately 10 mins off and on. It was a false alarm. Supplemental information from acn 622349: I looked out the forward window and realized we were on a taxiway. Just at that time the tower called and asked us if that was us on taxiway F, I said it was and that we had things figured out. The tower instructed us to make a '180 degree' and taxi to runway 7R.
