Narrative:

Aircraft X on the runway 26L ILS approach to ont. Approaching fonta intersection had VFR traffic, a high wing cessna, at 11 O'clock position and 1 mi. The VFR aircraft was inside of ont's OM (fonta) but outside of ont's class C airspace. Even though the VFR aircraft was at the runway 26L GS altitude, he was legal to be in that position not talking to ATC. Ont needs to have an airspace extension added for arriving aircraft. It is just a matter of time before there is a major accident in this corridor. Let's make a change before it is too late.
