During turn to final runway 18R at ZZZ, autoplt on, going from 6000 ft to 3000 ft. Opened the speed brakes and got EICAS warnings of trim primary and backup failure. Disconnected autoplt. Tried all modes of pitch trim and total failure. Ran checklist and declared in-flight emergency. S80 was ahead landing on runway 18R, so ATC assigned us runway 18L for landing. Landed uneventfully and taxied to the gate. Notified local maintenance and moc. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following information: the reporter stated the failure of the pitch trim was total, autoplt trim, yoke pickle switches speed trim, and center pedestal backup switch all failed.
