Narrative:

On jun/tue/04, I misplaced my church key and crescent. I notice it was missing at the end of the day. I told the supervisor coming on. It was later found in the #1 engine of a through flight check after it went to ZZZ1 and back to ZZZ. It was stuck on the stator vanes behind the fan blades. We were out of red rags this day so I could not wipe off the oil and got out of my routine of clipping in back on my belt loop.
