Narrative:
Military C17 was climbed to 17000 ft. I climbed MD88 underneath. I should have used my normal procedure and stopped the MD88 1000 ft below the traffic. I climbed and turned when I could have waited.

Narrative: MIL C17 WAS CLBED TO 17000 FT. I CLBED MD88 UNDERNEATH. I SHOULD HAVE USED MY NORMAL PROC AND STOPPED THE MD88 1000 FT BELOW THE TFC. I CLBED AND TURNED WHEN I COULD HAVE WAITED.
