Narrative:

On approach into cle, first officer flying ILS runway 24L, tower cleared us to land runway 24L then at approximately 2000 ft MSL, cleared us to sidestep and land runway 24C. Exiting taxiway K, tower told us to hold short runway 24L, and we could use runway 24C. The nonstandard taxi instruction and the late change to runway 24C didn't allow time for familiarization with local 'hot spots.' actual stopping of aircraft infringed onto runway 24L by 5-10 ft with an aircraft landing and taxiing off onto taxiway K.
