Narrative:

At the prescott airport, I was flying touch and goes on runway 21L. While I was on the downwind for runway 21L, tower advised me to fly base for runway 21R. After flying base for runway 21R, I turned to final and was cleared for a touch and go on runway 21R. Tower then advised me of wake turbulence from a citation jet that was doing its run-up for takeoff on runway 21L. The jet was facing perpendicular to runway 21R. I landed on runway 21R and put in full throttle to take off again. I put in my aileron corrections for the blast coming off of the jet. The airplane I was flying tipped up towards the right and on leaving the blast area from the jet, my airplane took on an extremely high pitch attitude and left turning bank. At that time, I heard a scraping noise and then I advised tower I was going to land on the remaining runway. I believe that the scraping noise was the tail hitting the ground. Tower cleared me to contact ground. I contacted ground and taxied back to parking after I obtained clearance. Upon parking and securing the airplane I noticed that the tail tiedown had some damage to it from striking the ground.

Title: WHILE CONDUCTING A TOUCH AND GO AT PRC, A STUDENT PLT ENCOUNTERS JET BLAST FROM CITATION JET PARKED BTWN RWYS 21L AND 22R.

Narrative: AT THE PRESCOTT ARPT, I WAS FLYING TOUCH AND GOES ON RWY 21L. WHILE I WAS ON THE DOWNWIND FOR RWY 21L, TWR ADVISED ME TO FLY BASE FOR RWY 21R. AFTER FLYING BASE FOR RWY 21R, I TURNED TO FINAL AND WAS CLRED FOR A TOUCH AND GO ON RWY 21R. TWR THEN ADVISED ME OF WAKE TURB FROM A CITATION JET THAT WAS DOING ITS RUN-UP FOR TKOF ON RWY 21L. THE JET WAS FACING PERPENDICULAR TO RWY 21R. I LANDED ON RWY 21R AND PUT IN FULL THROTTLE TO TAKE OFF AGAIN. I PUT IN MY AILERON CORRECTIONS FOR THE BLAST COMING OFF OF THE JET. THE AIRPLANE I WAS FLYING TIPPED UP TOWARDS THE R AND ON LEAVING THE BLAST AREA FROM THE JET, MY AIRPLANE TOOK ON AN EXTREMELY HIGH PITCH ATTITUDE AND LEFT TURNING BANK. AT THAT TIME, I HEARD A SCRAPING NOISE AND THEN I ADVISED TWR I WAS GOING TO LAND ON THE REMAINING RWY. I BELIEVE THAT THE SCRAPING NOISE WAS THE TAIL HITTING THE GND. TWR CLRED ME TO CONTACT GND. I CONTACTED GND AND TAXIED BACK TO PARKING AFTER I OBTAINED CLRNC. UPON PARKING AND SECURING THE AIRPLANE I NOTICED THAT THE TAIL TIEDOWN HAD SOME DAMAGE TO IT FROM STRIKING THE GND.
