Narrative:

We were holding short of runway 11 at situation. FSS cleared us for an IFR release, with a void time of XA48Z, the current time was XA46Z. We taxied onto runway 11 while another aircraft cleared the runway. We started our takeoff roll at XA48Z. When we were airborne, both the FSS and anchorage center told us we were airborne at XA49Z, that we departed after our void time. Supplemental information from acn 618889: at the time of takeoff roll we were concentrating on the takeoff, not the actual seconds it took for us to get airborne. I believe that as long as the takeoff roll was started, we were in a phase of flight, and a margin of error should be planned for between ATC and the aircraft.

Title: B737 CREW GIVEN A RELEASE TIME OFF (SIT) SITKA ARPT BY ZAN ARTCC WAS ADVISED AFTER TKOF THAT THEY HAD DEPARTED 1 MIN AFTER THEIR VOID TIME.

Narrative: WE WERE HOLDING SHORT OF RWY 11 AT SIT. FSS CLRED US FOR AN IFR RELEASE, WITH A VOID TIME OF XA48Z, THE CURRENT TIME WAS XA46Z. WE TAXIED ONTO RWY 11 WHILE ANOTHER ACFT CLRED THE RWY. WE STARTED OUR TKOF ROLL AT XA48Z. WHEN WE WERE AIRBORNE, BOTH THE FSS AND ANCHORAGE CTR TOLD US WE WERE AIRBORNE AT XA49Z, THAT WE DEPARTED AFTER OUR VOID TIME. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 618889: AT THE TIME OF TKOF ROLL WE WERE CONCENTRATING ON THE TKOF, NOT THE ACTUAL SECONDS IT TOOK FOR US TO GET AIRBORNE. I BELIEVE THAT AS LONG AS THE TKOF ROLL WAS STARTED, WE WERE IN A PHASE OF FLT, AND A MARGIN OF ERROR SHOULD BE PLANNED FOR BTWN ATC AND THE ACFT.
