Narrative:
During descent at 8000 ft, as the throttles advanced, there was no response from all 3 engines. Oil pressures were 19 psi (engine #1), 22 psi (engine #2), 19 psi (engine #3). The engines were indicating 35% for all three. The FMC descent page was displaying 'confirm engine out.' the captain selected engine ignition override at which time all 3 engines spooled up. We declared an emergency and landed without any further problems.
