Narrative:

Cleared for ILS runway 9 by mia approach. We were switched to tower and cleared to land about 5 mi out. We were flying a coupled approach and at GS capture, we got a TCASII TA. A visual scan was negative. There were numerous contacts on our TCASII display. Approximately 1200 ft, we got an RA with a monitor vertical speed, followed almost immediately by a climb. I disconnected the autoplt, added power, and pulled back on the stick. At nearly the same time, I picked up a visual on a red and white cessna skymaster crossing left to right bearing 200 degrees, immediately under our nose at 200 ft. After completing our evasive maneuver, we asked tower about the traffic. They were unaware of any traffic. The skymaster appeared to take no evasive action. Following landing, an near midair collision report was filed with miami TRACON. Thank goodness for TCASII.
