Narrative:
Aircraft was in service for more than 2 months. When aircraft was in for heavy maintenance, out-source station discovered 2 bolts missing during their pre-wash inspection. No incident occurred with bolts missing. Aircraft was inspected and leak checked prior to dispatch.

Title: AN AIRBUS 320 WAS DISPATCHED IN NON COMPLIANCE WITH 2 BOLTS MISSING FROM #1 ENG FUEL CTL DIVERTER VALVE.
Narrative: ACFT WAS IN SVC FOR MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. WHEN ACFT WAS IN FOR HVY MAINT, OUT-SOURCE STATION DISCOVERED 2 BOLTS MISSING DURING THEIR PRE-WASH INSPECTION. NO INCIDENT OCCURRED WITH BOLTS MISSING. ACFT WAS INSPECTED AND LEAK CHKED PRIOR TO DISPATCH.
