Narrative:

Landed runway 34L sea. While clearing runway at taxiway H, tower cleared us to turn right on taxiway J and hold short of runway 34R. I made the hard right onto taxiway J and stopped at hold short lines. After about 30 seconds, realized the hold short line was backwards from what it should be. I then saw the correct hold short line about 200 ft ahead. I was holding short of the runway clear line and had in effect failed to clear the runway. The tower cleared us to cross runway 34R and nobody from ATC ever said a word to us, but I am quite sure that an aircraft landed behind us on runway 34L while we were still not clear of the runway clear line.
