Narrative:
While landing on runway 3 in ZZZ with nosewheel steering deferred and disabled, gusty xwinds caused an excursion from runway -- resulting in nose gear collapse when attempting to re-enter runway. No injuries to passenger or crew. Supplemental information from acn 611434: captain was at the controls at the time of the incident.

Title: A BE1900 FLT CREW RPTED THAT THE CAPT MADE A RWY EXCURSION DURING LNDG ROLLOUT AT ZZZ DUE TO GUSTY XWINDS AND A DEFERRED NOSEWHEEL STEERING SYS.
Narrative: WHILE LNDG ON RWY 3 IN ZZZ WITH NOSEWHEEL STEERING DEFERRED AND DISABLED, GUSTY XWINDS CAUSED AN EXCURSION FROM RWY -- RESULTING IN NOSE GEAR COLLAPSE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO RE-ENTER RWY. NO INJURIES TO PAX OR CREW. SUPPLEMENTAL INFO FROM ACN 611434: CAPT WAS AT THE CTLS AT THE TIME OF THE INCIDENT.
