Narrative:

The incident occurred while on a quick turn and crew change on a trip from us to australia. Our clearance from phnl ground control was to 'taxi to runway 8L via taxiway east cross runways 4L and 4R turn on taxiway B.' I did not look at the taxi diagram to become situationally aware of the routing, but asked the PNF to give me progressive instructions to the runway since he had the taxi diagram in front of him and was looking at it. He guided me to taxiway east and said cross the runways and turn left on taxiway B. We were distraction with running the taxi checks at the same time and I lost track of my position and crossed runways 4L and 4R missing the turn onto taxiway B and venturing onto runway 8L before we realized I had gone too far. We immediately called ground control and reported we had gone too far and he said it was 'not a problem' to continue and take taxiway a to runway 8L. Runway 8L was an active runway at the time however there was no one taking off or landing during the time of our incident. The problem resulted in me not reviewing the taxi route to the runway to see that runways 4L and 4R were so close to each other with no txwys inbtwn them and where the turn to taxiway B was. Also I would have delayed running the taxi checks until we were established on taxiway B, which was a long straight taxi without any chance of a runway incursion possible. I relied on my co-pilot to keep me out of trouble and we both became distraction with running the checklist at an inappropriate time. I now make it my practice to look at the taxi routing before I move the aircraft.

Title: CL60 CROSSED RWY WITHOUT ATC CLRNC TAXIING FOR DEP AT HNL.

Narrative: THE INCIDENT OCCURRED WHILE ON A QUICK TURN AND CREW CHANGE ON A TRIP FROM US TO AUSTRALIA. OUR CLRNC FROM PHNL GND CTL WAS TO 'TAXI TO RWY 8L VIA TXWY E CROSS RWYS 4L AND 4R TURN ON TXWY B.' I DID NOT LOOK AT THE TAXI DIAGRAM TO BECOME SITUATIONALLY AWARE OF THE ROUTING, BUT ASKED THE PNF TO GIVE ME PROGRESSIVE INSTRUCTIONS TO THE RWY SINCE HE HAD THE TAXI DIAGRAM IN FRONT OF HIM AND WAS LOOKING AT IT. HE GUIDED ME TO TXWY E AND SAID CROSS THE RWYS AND TURN L ON TXWY B. WE WERE DISTR WITH RUNNING THE TAXI CHKS AT THE SAME TIME AND I LOST TRACK OF MY POS AND CROSSED RWYS 4L AND 4R MISSING THE TURN ONTO TXWY B AND VENTURING ONTO RWY 8L BEFORE WE REALIZED I HAD GONE TOO FAR. WE IMMEDIATELY CALLED GND CTL AND RPTED WE HAD GONE TOO FAR AND HE SAID IT WAS 'NOT A PROB' TO CONTINUE AND TAKE TXWY A TO RWY 8L. RWY 8L WAS AN ACTIVE RWY AT THE TIME HOWEVER THERE WAS NO ONE TAKING OFF OR LNDG DURING THE TIME OF OUR INCIDENT. THE PROB RESULTED IN ME NOT REVIEWING THE TAXI RTE TO THE RWY TO SEE THAT RWYS 4L AND 4R WERE SO CLOSE TO EACH OTHER WITH NO TXWYS INBTWN THEM AND WHERE THE TURN TO TXWY B WAS. ALSO I WOULD HAVE DELAYED RUNNING THE TAXI CHKS UNTIL WE WERE ESTABLISHED ON TXWY B, WHICH WAS A LONG STRAIGHT TAXI WITHOUT ANY CHANCE OF A RWY INCURSION POSSIBLE. I RELIED ON MY CO-PLT TO KEEP ME OUT OF TROUBLE AND WE BOTH BECAME DISTR WITH RUNNING THE CHKLIST AT AN INAPPROPRIATE TIME. I NOW MAKE IT MY PRACTICE TO LOOK AT THE TAXI ROUTING BEFORE I MOVE THE ACFT.
