Narrative:
Landed runway 16. Instructed to do a 180 degree turn on runway and hold short of runway 24 intersecting. Advised captain to hold short at red sign board. He ignored, but eventually came to a stop at edge of runway 24. Landing cherokee just missed nose of lear.

Title: RWY INCURSION AND POTENTIAL GND CONFLICT WITH A LNDG CHEROKEE WHEN THE PIC OF A TAXIING LEAR 35 CROSSES THE HOLD LINE AND PASSES THE HOLD SHORT SIGN FOR RWY 24 AT PWK, IL.
Narrative: LANDED RWY 16. INSTRUCTED TO DO A 180 DEG TURN ON RWY AND HOLD SHORT OF RWY 24 INTERSECTING. ADVISED CAPT TO HOLD SHORT AT RED SIGN BOARD. HE IGNORED, BUT EVENTUALLY CAME TO A STOP AT EDGE OF RWY 24. LNDG CHEROKEE JUST MISSED NOSE OF LEAR.
