Narrative:

While turning final for runway 8 at 3CK, a piper warrior, who was following my aircraft in the pattern, turned an early base to final cutting me off. After another aircraft on the ground alerted us to the close proximity of this aircraft, we re-entered the pattern and made an uneventful landing. This piper warrior in question was being used in a training flight and has been known to use non standard pattern procedures in the past. In my opinion, flight instructors need to give better training in radio communications and situational awareness at uncontrolled airports.
