Narrative:

Upon preparation for landing, captain informed flight attendant #1 that an unsafe gear light was on. He said we would have an emergency landing. After 3 missed approachs and a landing, the flight had no incident -- aircraft was towed to gate. Crew was notified that on takeoff from ZZZ2, front tire tread had come off damaging the landing gear light sensor and surrounding area.

Title: B767-200 CREW HAD THE NOSE GEAR TIRE TREAD COME OFF THE ACFT.

Narrative: UPON PREPARATION FOR LNDG, CAPT INFORMED FLT ATTENDANT #1 THAT AN UNSAFE GEAR LIGHT WAS ON. HE SAID WE WOULD HAVE AN EMER LNDG. AFTER 3 MISSED APCHS AND A LNDG, THE FLT HAD NO INCIDENT -- ACFT WAS TOWED TO GATE.
