Narrative:
During deicing at deice area, aircraft was struck in the tail by a deicing truck. The plane was stationary and configured for deicing. There were no apparent injuries to passenger/crew/and or ground personnel. Aircraft sustained some damage in area of left elevator. Returned to gate without further incident.

Title: AN EMBRAER 135 INCURRED L ELEVATOR DAMAGE WHEN STRUCK BY A DEICING TRUCK. NO INJURIES TO PAX, CREW OR GND PERSONNEL.
Narrative: DURING DEICING AT DEICE AREA, ACFT WAS STRUCK IN THE TAIL BY A DEICING TRUCK. THE PLANE WAS STATIONARY AND CONFIGURED FOR DEICING. THERE WERE NO APPARENT INJURIES TO PAX/CREW/AND OR GND PERSONNEL. ACFT SUSTAINED SOME DAMAGE IN AREA OF L ELEVATOR. RETURNED TO GATE WITHOUT FURTHER INCIDENT.
